Atria - Release 15.26 Generally Available

Hello Atria Users!

We do apologise for the delay in getting this release out. We have exciting changes regardless!
The big changes in this release are...

improvement Reworked New UI - Please take a look and provide any feedback to our team. We have changed the layouts of most pages to make more sense, our Customer Success Team is going to be reaching out for another round of feedback, so please look out for an email or get in touch with our team to provide feedback.

This also means that some of our Grids within the system have changed - For example Workspace Items, or the Jobs page, now have a new Grid.

improvement .NET 8 Upgrade - We have migrated our core systems from .NET 6 to .NET 8 - Our installers will take care of this, but you should see performance improvements across the board for this change.

improvement Microsoft Online - New Backend API Runner - This is a complex change, but this now means that each request for a customer is sent within the same session. Previously, if you created a new user and then modified the license on the other, our code would do two separate connections to Entra ID. We are now passing multiple requests to the same connection, meaning that if you mass provision users, it will be noticeably quicker. This also means if you move between configuration pages (I.e. Shared Mailboxes to Resource Mailboxes) it will load 10x quicker.

Now - Onto General changes!

Installer Improvements

fix Fixed issues with Certificates upgrading DMZ Web Servers
fix Fixed an issue with the AD Sync Installer requiring changes to registry

fix Fixed an issue with ConnectionString formatting

Workspace

improvement The Workspace API is still under development, but in 15.26 we have released the ability to import and reimport Private Workspace Items for customers. Stay tuned to see our updated documentation surrounding this function.
fix Fixed an issue where Items were unable to be added to the customer on first provision
fix Fixed an issue with allocation of items to users in some scenarios

Exchange

New Feature Added umlat support - Enabling characters such as ß to be used within Email Addresses for users

New UI Improvements

Atria Release 15.23 Generally Available

Hello Atria users!

We are excited to announce the release of Atria v15.23. In this new release, aside from the usual fixes and improvements we have focused on making Workspace easier for you to set up and use.

New Feature Import Workspace Items from Azure AD

Workspace makes access management easy for your customers, but getting Workspace setup for existing Azure AD groups hasn't been so easy. With this release you can now import any existing Azure AD group (Microsoft 365, Distribution Group or Security Group) into Workspace from right within the Azure AD group management page.  Not only does it create the Workspace Item, it will also auto-provision any users with group membership into Workspace.  So now you can manage membership of Microsoft Teams, Distribution groups, M365 groups - all through Workspace.

New Feature Workspace Analytics:

We've added a simple reporting feature which allows you and your customers drill into your Workspace data.  Find out who has access to what, or what your users have access to.   Workspace Analytics allows you to publish default reports, change columns and grouping and save the report configuration.  Want to do more analysis ?  A CSV data download is also provided.

improvement Jobs UI

We've added a few tweaks to the Jobs management UI to make it more usable, grid spacing has been fixed, an issue related to deleted user accounts has been resolved and issues related to the time zone used for run times has been cleaned up.

improvement Customer Hierarchy Performance Improvements

The Customer Hierarchy page was slow to load in situations where there were many thousands of Customers.  We have now improved the load process to load on demand and have removed the "Customers 1-X" grouping mechanism.  It's now faster to load and easier to use, even when 10,000+ Customers exist.

improvement Citrix service provisioning is very slow if large number of files exist for a customer.

The provisioning process has changed to only apply permission changes if they are required, this can make provisioning dramatically faster when large volumes of folders/files exist.

fix Microsoft Online Availabilities

A failure to get availabilities occurs when multiple Partner Center Connections are configured to different Microsoft Regions.  This has been resolved.

fix Platform Customer Delete

Under some circumstances an error occurs while deleting Customers with Workspace.  This has been resolved.

Whats Next

Our next Release (15.24) will be in approximately 4 weeks' time, alongside more fixes and improvements we are working on modernisation of core Customer and User management functions, this also includes a number of REST based API's.  If you are interested in previewing or want to provide us with your requirements - please ask support and we'll be keen to discuss.
